By the end of this module, participants will understand the principles of solutions journalism and how it differs from traditional reporting. They will be able to identify credible solutions, critically assess their effectiveness, and apply solutions-oriented approaches to their own journalistic work in a way that is rigorous, evidence-based, and engaging for audiences. Participants will be aware of the challenges of how to differ journalistic stories and PR.
