Case study: Parents for Future UK

Climate Outreach collaborated with the British group Parents for Future UK (the largest parent climate movement in the UK) and Mothers Rise Up to improve their communication strategies with parents and caregivers to increase engagement in climate action. The initiative included reviewing existing messages and developing/testing specific narratives (such as child protection and legacy of a healthy world) across different audiences, based on the Britain Talks Climate framework. These messages showed strong resonance among various segments of parents, including those in politically diverse areas, and helped the group communicate more strategically and confidently. By integrating more thoughtful and values-driven communication practices, the organization strengthened its ability to reach and mobilize a wider audience.
